Dealer After-Sales Compliance Audit · Systems Builder

An after-sales veteran who has audited 51 stores and run 35 service centres. I know how the front line works — and how head office should check it.

I believe auditing isn’t about finding fault. It’s about putting the profit leaks and compliance risks you can’t see onto the table — and nailing them into the process.

About me

A pen and a spreadsheet, enough to hold the line

From single-store diagnostics to group-wide audit standards — fifteen years of pits fallen into and books checked, distilled into an after-sales compliance method you can actually run.

Start
Front-line after-sales operations
From service advisor to shop-floor management: intake, work, settlement and handover, end to end.
Growth
Regional after-sales management
Ran 35 service centres: set standards, drive execution, watch the margin.
Specialist
After-sales compliance audit
Audited 51 stores and built a 12-module, 186-item check system — published as a reusable audit manual.

Open enablement
Sharing after-sales compliance experience with more stores and groups through the official account and the manual.
Red lines are the floor. The manual sets 56 red-line veto items (missing licences, work without a work order, fake parts / work orders / warranty claims, part substitution and more). Touch any one and the store fails outright — they are excluded from the score. This is the hard boundary of after-sales compliance.
How scoring works. 1,000 points in total, allocated across 12 weighted modules; each section must reach at least 60%. A/B/C problem grades and their deduction codes close the loop of check → score → penalty.
